Coming from 25+ Years in the Financial Services Technology Sector our Founder, Ferdinand Roberts recognized, (while leading Capital Markets for a Private Equity firm), how disjointed and chaotic the process of Fundraising, Investor Relations, Deal Management and Portfolio Management can be.
